DEIR® Approach

In most of our service areas we adopt the DEIR® approach.

To protect the interests of our clients we have integrated the DEIR® approach into our service design. We use this approach for almost anything, it can be an excessive increase in imports which can hurt the business of domestic producers, or a legislative processes affecting a domain where an NGO or business operates or a change in environmental regulation that may impact production inputs/costs, etc.

Derived from the words Detect, Evaluate, Inform, React, the DEIR® approach involves the following stages and activities.

Detect: We constantly track law making processes, regulations, administrative decisions, international treaties, economic and political developments as well as foreign policy developments and market trends to detect those that may affect our clients.

Evaluate: We evaluate how the detected new situation might affect our clients.

Inform: We swiftly inform our clients about the new situation and its possible outcomes. After consultations with our client and we decide on the new position to be taken in the face of new developments.

React: We draft a multilayered action plan suiting the new situation and implement it within a timetable.
